1 Co-ordinating with Port rail ops for evacuation of urgent and above 2 dwell days containers. 2 Follow-up with S/Lines/ port & transport team on scanning & problematic containers their MOT’s and dispatch from Port.  3 Follow-up with rail team for earlier placement of rakes at ICD. 4 Co ordinating with ICD ops team for faster shifting of containers from RY to CY. 5 Informing customers and S/Lines if there is any seal mismatch issue.  6 Keeping track of damaged containers and informing to S/Lines and customers. 7 Informing customers about arrival once containers are gated in at ICD and to arrange for it's clearance  8 Checking with customers for their de-stuffing plan and sharing the same to planning team.  9 Arranging all the relevant documents prior to dispatch of containers  10 Following up with customers for earlier de-stuffing of containers to avoid vehicle detention. 11 Arranging documents and approvals if there is vehicle diversion. 12 Follow-up with drivers for empty gate in at ICD  13 Follow-up with MNR and transport team for dispatch of empty repo containers for NSA (Follow up with drivers are also done by team) 14 Co-ordinating with customers for revalidated DO if validity has expired and payment of demurrage if containers are found damaged  15 Sharing data for any additional billing to invoicing team  16 Handling customers queries and answering them over mail and phone.
