This requires seamless integration with 3PL providers both in terms of operational requirements and IT capabilities. This role will be counted on to implement effective organizational, procedural, and technical elements to enable new nodes (fulfillment centers) and their capabilities. Critical success criteria for the project are improvement customer experience, enablement of growth and optimization of costs as identified in the project business case. Position Reporting: The FC Implementation Sr Manager will report directly to AVP PMO DistriTech Program and have dotted line to VP SalonCentric Supply Chain. He.she is therefore a permanent member of the DistriTech Management Committee and SalonCentric Operations Management Committee. Key Responsibilities: • Lead FC implementation project team, composed of SalonCentric and L’Oreal business owners in operations, replenishment, sourcing, transportation, customer care, digital and street sales channels as well as LUSA IT partners and 3PL project teams. • Lead development of test plans, with clear tracking of UAT compliance, gaps, and resolution plans. • Animate the SalonCentric FC Implementation Steering Committee o Clearly identify any obstacles of implementation, provide clear options for solutions o Raise project elements that require decision and direction o Connect project objectives with SalonCentric business strategy and DistriTech supply chain transformation program (including OMS and Anaplan) • Change management o Define structure and process to properly launch and maintain the FC network o Process definition with source DC, FC replenishment team, and Transportation teams o Challenge layout assumptions and slotting strategy. o Integration of planning processes for launch and promotional SKUs o Anticipate future business requirements and connections with additional applications o Anticipate future technical requirements (NEO - SAP), 3PL, OMS, carrier integrations and identify solutions for interfaces o Troubleshooting bugs and incidents as they arise • Advocate for Customer Experience enhancements: o Improved E2E vision of orders and returns o Customer facing documents, experience, and packaging improvements • Manage Project Planning and Cost (Capex and Opex) and is accountable for meeting Business Case assumptions. • Fully support ramp-up and achievement of “Success KPI” o Automatic flow and accuracy of all IT interfaces o Dock to stock (receiving to ATP) o Stock transfer and fill rate o On-time ship o Order fill accuracy o Inventory accuracy • Transfer process ownership after go-live and hyper-care for each FC to the 3PL Management team • Partner with FC RUN to address workflow gaps pending technical resolution o End-of-month financial close o Troubleshooting order issues and discrepancies o Stock reconciliation across all FCs Key Qualifications + Skills: • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent with a minimum of 7+ years • Flexibility to travel 50% of the year • Based out of St Petersburg FL, Elk Grove, GA, Dover NH or Shoemakersville, PA, preferred • Prior experience with onboarding and integrating 3PL partners, including ramp up, hyper care, and managing to contract KPIs • eCommerce and/or Retail environment experience is a plus, but not required • Demonstrated project management abilities and experience in implementing software solutions, including Agile Methodology and Scrum. • Worked with multiple, cross-functional business area managers and stakeholders and influenced resolution of conflicting objectives • Has been in key leadership role in successfully delivering business process and system solutions • Proven ability to mentor people • Proven track record in meeting deadlines • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to devise solutions to complex problems • Excellent communication skills; Able to effectively present complex solutions to technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organization, across multiple cultures/geographies • Collaborative and effective at building consensus across the organization • Highly organized
