As a WET/CMP Sr. Manager in Micron, your responsibility is to consistently improve the defense lines in all areas. This will ensure wafer quality, surpassing critical metrics, and achieving outstanding performance. This scope of WET/CMP Sr. Manager run across Yield improvement from new technology start-up, Quality improved by wafer performance matching, process capability control SPC/FDC and sophisticated detective solutions, Output increased through activities which collaborated w/ ME, Manufacture, Cost saving by exciting team member to find out opportunity and Talent Development. All activities require collaboration with OMT/ Micron Networks to achieve critical metrics and ensure customer happiness.

The position will co-work with Fab Manufacturing, Equipment, Facility groups and Process Integration, Yield, Defect and Quality group to perform the Best Quality / Mature Yield / Maximum Output / Low Cost.

Collaboration is necessary with Global functions and interaction is required with procurement and materials suppliers in the Micron network. This is important to drive the roadmap and achieve excellence in critical metrics for the Fab. objectives.

The WET/CMP Senior Manager role provides an opportunity to lead a team of daring engineers in Taiwan. You will play a vital role in ensuring magnificent execution of our sophisticated process techniques, giving to Micron's mission to enrich lives through technology.

Responsibilities:Lead and develop a team of engineers to successfully complete and optimize processes.Develop and complete strategies to improve process efficiency and yield, ensuring outstanding standards.Work closely with teams from various functions to explore and overcome process-related obstacles.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, always following industry standards and Micron's high expectations.Qualifications & Skills:Shown leadership skills with the ability to encourage and empower a team.Outstanding problem-solving abilities with an acute attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with teams with multifaceted strengths.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and go for optimally in the industry.Education and Experience:Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field degree, or equivalent experience.Shown experience in semiconductor process engineering, with a focus on diffusion.Demonstrated track record of successfully leading engineering teams and projects.Extensive knowledge of diffusion process techniques and industry standards.
