Schedule:1st Shift 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday - Friday, with potential for Saturday work based on production schedule.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to the plant director/materials managerManages calendar, schedules delivery appointments and meetings, coordinates events and town halls, and is responsible for the logistics of running the meetingsPrepare and ship small packages via FedEx, UPS etc.Creates and posts information on the communication stations throughout the facility and works with applicable parties to resolve technical issues on devices.Collaborate with HR on projects and employee communications.Serves as the primary point of contact for all external contacts, greeting visitors, adhering to security practices, handling and routing incoming calls, and responding to questions and inquiries.Sorts and processes all mail, including packages and certified mail.Orders and maintains office, production, warehouse and breakroom supplies.Maintains and issues security badge access and keys for employees, guests, and contractors as applicable.Acts as a point of contact on facility issues notifying maintenance, building management, and/or vendor(s) were necessary.Provides general administrative support to all the Elk Grove Village location.Creation of purchase requests and purchase orders as neededInterview coordination for leaders’ schedulesAssist leaders in onboarding new employeesTraining and mentoring junior material management clerksSend out communications to employee groupsReserve conference rooms for guests, auditors, contractors, etc.Scheduling of meetings and coordination for off-site meetingsConduct department specific surveys for feedback.The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list of all tasks. Qualifications & Experience:
