Job Description SummaryAs Sr. Marketing Manager - Surgery AKA (ASEAN, Korea, Australia) at GE HealthCare, you will play a crucial role in driving the Surgery (OEC) modality’s regional marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.
You will be responsible for: (1) New Products Introductions, Product Mix, Price positioning, and Promotion of the Surgery OEC portfolio in the zone. (2) Market Intelligence, (3) Sales tools, Quoting tool, and Marketing Collaterals, (4) Commercial/Marketing programs to drive funnel and IB retention. (5) Internal alliances s.a. Services. (6) Product Sales training, Tradeshows, Events & Workshops. (7) Input to product roadmap & continuous feedback to global.

Job Description

Essential responsibilities

Develops strategic and operational marketing plan in coordination with the sales leader and zonesProvides thought leadership on products market positioning / price / margin realisationResponsible for dissemination of information on product and clinical trends, new procedures and new products or options.Drives sales teams to identify key reference sites for new product introductionsSupports the sales specialists with handson remote demos from the Dubai showroom / workshops/ conferences to win deals with those future reference sitesEstablishes regular and ongoing linkage to the Upstream Marketing teamEnsures that all new products are clinically relevant and all clinical needs are translated into technical and performance specificationsInputs into Product Planning on customer needsBuilds strong relationship with key opinion leaders in order to develop programs for promotion of our products and coordinates clinical experts for workshops and presents at those.Drives the marketing regional collaboration and coordination with third party companies (robotics, navigation, etc) to create relevant solutions and tools for the sales team to win in these clinical domainsDevelops plans and executes local congress organization.Organises and supports team trainings on products, competition from the Dubai showroomDevelops marketing material for sales teams and localizes content for account managersAware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/positionComplete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlinesIdentify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as requiredKnowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or law is brokenKnowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy law is brokenOwnership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs

Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor’s / advanced degree in engineering / management / related field with 7+ years’ experience in Business Management, Product Marketing/Development OR equivalent years of experienceMUST have Surgical C-Arm experience/knowledgeProven ability to work with regional and global teams to bring out region-specific outcomesStrong business acumen; financial and organisational skillsAdvanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationshipsAbility to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels within an organization Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward thinking and customer-first attitude Strongly compliance driven Demonstrated ability in managing the matrix structure and building effective networks Establish and maintain positive work relationships with peers, management, and customers displaying willingness to understand diverse points Willingness and ability to accommodate working with different time zones and travel >30% of the time

Desired Characteristics
