Sr. Marketing Manager - Healthcare

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Healthcare business as a Senior Marketing Manager, leading the highest growth channels for the business, Wipes and Environmental Hygiene. The role requires an individual who can function at both a strategic and tactical level. This role is highly visible and cross-functional, requiring significant collaboration with other functions, communication to senior leadership, and extensive work with customers and partners to help solve big problems. Additionally, this role is responsible for a Mega project with direct C-suite visibility .

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and execute short term, annual, and multi-year business plans to achieve sales targets for the wipes and environmental hygiene segmentsUnderstand customer value drivers and create segment-level value proposition and go-to-market strategiesOwn and drive Mega wipes project(s) with acute detail and delivery at C-suite level expectationsManage and develop direct report(s) to meet their personal and business goals, and develop management and leadership experienceIdentify portfolio gaps and initiate new innovation opportunitiesCollaborate with GPO and distribution partners to help engage, onboard, and generate excitement to drive Ecolab salesLead day-to-day portfolio and P&L management, including but not limited to forecasting, monthly performance reporting, and innovation trackingParticipate in ongoing customer interactions that contribute to business insights and resultsLeverage multiple channels (internal & external) to maintain current perspective on key trends and insights on the market/segmentsUnderstand the competitive landscape and communicate how Ecolab’s solutions and customer experience are differentiated in the marketBuild the Ecolab brand within the wipes and environmental hygiene segment, including creation of the strategy and partnership plans for key industry groups and customersDevelop new pricing models to capture valueGrow revenue and increase profitability and market shareTravel – up to 20% based on need

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree8 years of professional experience or MBA in marketing with 5+ years of experienceImmigration sponsorship is not available for this position

Ability to work with minimal supervision and navigate a matrix organization to achieve business resultsDemonstrated initiative and leadership skills; setting vision and strategy, planning, critical thinking, orchestrating cross-functionally, overseeing multiple project elements and proven track record of resultsPrevious experience in the healthcare spacePeople management experience with focus on developmentBusiness-to-business marketing experienceAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of the organizationStrong interpersonal and relationship building skillsAbility to relate to influential people and complex organizational structuresAbility to create an environment that encourages breakthrough thinking

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $130,100.00 - $195,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
