We're seeking a strategic and innovative Sr. Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in optimizing content discoverability to support small and medium business (SMB) advertisers long-term growth and success on Amazon. This role will focus on identifying areas where customers struggle to find relevant content throughout their journey and recommending solutions to bridge these gaps. You will play a key role in improving engagement and action of marketing content through optimized content discoverability, ultimately supporting our vision for an omni-channel marketing experience. By developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance content visibility, we can better align content with customer needs and fill gaps in the customer journey. The ideal candidate will be a strong data-driven marketing expert with experience in customer journey mapping. To achieve this vision, you will map and analyze the customer journey to identify key moments where content visibility drives engagement and action and work with cross-functional teams (channel owners, product, customer support) on proposed solutions to close these gaps. The successful candidate will be a champion for SMB advertisers, focusing on understanding their unique needs and challenges in navigating the content landscape.

* Gap Analysis and Solution Development: Identify and prioritize gaps in content discoverability that hinder SMB advertisers' success. Develop and implement innovative solutions to bridge these gaps, ensuring that the right content reaches the right audience at the right time.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse range of teams, including channel owners, product managers, and support teams, to align content discoverability initiatives with broader marketing goals and create an omni-channel experience.
* Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data and insights to continuously measure and optimize the effectiveness of content discoverability strategies. Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation methods to refine approaches and maximize impact.
