Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Clinical Coding Clinical One Sales Pharma clinical process Analytics Product & Data Analytics and Sales and Marketing. This hybrid role requires a candidate who can seamlessly integrate into our team and drive impactful projects that align with our companys goals and societal impact.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.Oversee project planning scheduling and resource allocation to ensure optimal project execution.Provide expertise in Clinical Coding Clinical One Sales and Pharma clinical processes to drive project success.Utilize advanced analytics and data analytics to inform project decisions and strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project objectives.Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and outcomes.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster their professional growth.Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed their requirements.Leverage expertise in Sales and Marketing to support project objectives and drive business growth.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with a strong background in Clinical Coding Clinical One Sales and Pharma clinical processes.Demonstrate proficiency in analytics product & data analytics and sales and marketing.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Have experience in Marketing Services Analytics Brand marketing OMICS Data Analysis Data Models R&D Preclinical & Clinical is a plus.Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.Display strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Be adaptable and able to thrive in a hybrid work model.

Certifications Required

PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
