Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
• Contribute to the development and execution of the sales enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with the sales team's objectives.
• Lead the design and delivery of sales training programs, focusing on content creation and development.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to assess training needs and determine priorities.
• Analyze sales performance data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend changes.
• May manage a team of sales enablement professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Assist in identifying and implementing sales enablement technology solutions.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales enablement programs.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives to senior management.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience in sales and sales enablement
• Proficiencies in sales strategy, training, and technology
• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP), is a plus
