The Senior Manager of Sales Operations is responsible for ensuring that the business strategies and administration of Goodwin Living campus sales are innovative, data driven and excellent in implementation. The scope of this role includes all aspects of Independent Living and Assisted Living apartment designs and standards for Goodwin Living’s entrance fee campuses, design and implementation of the reservist experience relating to their apartment selection and move in experience, engagement with members of the entrance fee community programs and clubs (Early Advantage, Ready List and Priority Club), exploration and adaptation of AI and technology tools for sales across all campuses and engagement and ROI with Salesforce across all campuses. This position will determine scalable design solutions to drive efficiencies, optimize renovation timelines, consistently deliver exceptional move-in experiences and accelerate move-ins to sustain at or above budgeted occupancy. This position will serve as the project administrator for the sales team for the development of sales centers for new campus developments, beginning with GH3. The position has management responsibilities for the Move-in Specialists at Goodwin House Alexandria, Goodwin House Bailey’s Crossroads and equivalent positions across future Goodwin Living communities once they are leased up/in sustained occupancy levels and the Sales and Events Coordinator. This position will stay abreast of new functionalities that can uplift the sales operation and analytic tracking to identify opportunities for increased customer satisfaction across all aspects of the prospect’s journey and identify, assess and onboard AI and other tools to optimize overall sales performance across all campuses. This position is also responsible for leading the development of an annual occupancy (across all levels of living) and fee report conducted by a third party, such as ProMatura, and coordinating across the sales organization to ensure that there is intentional capture of this data throughout the year in conversations with our peer set/visits to their campuses. + Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related field that equips one for this role. + Solid understanding of the senior living industry and experience working with older adults; minimum of seven years of experience in senior living related roles + Proven track record of operational analysis, driving decision making and consensus to deliver results + Ability to learn quickly and process new information to inform directions and decisions + Solid management and supervisory skills to grow team members and coach them to be successful in their roles + Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills + Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite of products required + Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM software required
