Sr. Manager of E-commerce

KREWE’s unique approach to eyewear has created a cult following amongst consumers and influencers alike. Our frames have appeared in publications from GQ to VOGUE and on celebrities such as Beyonce, Gigi Hadid, Meghan Markle, Carrie Underwood, Hailey Bieber, Zayne Malik, Scott Disick, and Adam Huber, among others.

We are currently searching for a high-performing Senior Manager of E-Commerce to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Director of E-Commerce, this key player will be responsible for managing our .com experience as the largest storefront and important expression of the KREWE brand. The Senior Manager will manage initiatives and projects within E-Commerce, partnering with performance marketing, CRM, organic social, and affiliate marketing teams to optimize conversion rate across the channel. The Senior Manager of E-Commerce will lead a team and contribute to execution of the go-to-market ecommerce plan around product launches and promotions, as well as technology/UX enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day to day operations of global E-commerce store.Use data analytics to generate insights and find growth opportunities related to collections, merchandising, assortment, user experience, site architecture, taxonomy, and critical path.Partner with paid media and CRM management team members to optimize conversion rate.Direct and manage our front and back-end development teams on roadmap to improve AOV, CVR and the overall customer journey.Develop & oversee UX/UI enhancement roadmap, in partnership with dev partners and designer.Lead execution of the site components of KREWE’s product launches and promotional events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and partnerships.Develop segmentation and personalization strategy and tactics.

Requirements:

Based in New York City, requiring regular in-person office presence in our Meatpacking District office.5-7 years of experience in relevant ecommerce and site management experience, with at least 1 year in a team management roleStrong leadership skills and proven ability to mobilize teams and projectsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsIn-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing toolsIn-depth knowledge of UX/UI best practicesExperience managing front and back end development partnersExperience in Shopify Plus; comfortable with Google Analytics and site analytics tools. Experience in Google Drive and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Attentive is a plusRetail (D2C) experience is preferred, preferably in luxury fashion or fashion accessories
