Job Details:
The Senior Manager, Entertainment & Innovation will support in leading strategic partnerships, entertainment marketing initiatives, and open innovation pilots and key projects . This role will be pivotal in identifying, developing, and executing entertainment and innovation programs that elevate L’Oréal’s brands in culture and cement L’Oreal as the leader in beauty tech.
The ideal candidate is a cultural strategist, creative thinker, and digital-first marketer with a deep understanding and passion for entertainment, emerging technology, and brand partnerships. This person will thrive at the intersection of culture, consumer trends, and digital innovation, ensuring L’Oréal remains at the forefront of consumer engagement.
What You Will Do:
Entertainment Marketing Responsibilities:
+ Support the execution of strategic partnerships across entertainment, sports, and music, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
+ Assist with talent and partner outreach, negotiation, and activation, serving as a key point of contact for external agencies, platforms, and production partners.
+ Manage content integration opportunities, helping brands activate partnerships in a meaningful and impactful way.
+ Track industry trends, emerging talent, and cultural moments to identify proactive opportunities for L’Oréal’s brands.
+ Help coordinate brand activations around tentpole events (e.g., award shows, major sporting events, film premieres).
+ Support the development of entertainment pilots and test-and-learn programs to push innovation in brand storytelling.
Innovation Responsibilities:
+ Research and identify new consumer tech trends, technologies, and platforms that can elevate L’Oréal’s digital marketing and consumer engagement strategies.
+ Support the development of pilot programs that bring innovative marketing models to L’Oréal brands.
+ Track emerging startups, platforms, and technology partners, evaluating their potential for collaboration.
+ Work with internal teams to develop innovation roadmaps and strategies that future-proof L’Oréal’s brand engagement.
+ Assist in presenting innovation concepts and partnership proposals to senior management and brand leaders.
Cross-Functional Responsibilities:
+ Liaise with internal teams, including US marketing, DMI, Global CDMO , media , A&I and sourcing to ensure entertainment and innovation initiatives are integrated seamlessly.
+ Track and measure the success of entertainment and innovation activations, ensuring key learnings are shared across the organization.
+ Maintain strong relationships with external industry stakeholders, including talent agencies, studios, entertainment platforms, VC’s and tech startups.
What We Are Looking For:
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing , business, or a related field.
+ 6-8+ years of experience in entertainment marketing, brand partnerships, digital marketing, innovation, or a related field.
+ Deep understanding of entertainment, culture and the tech industry
+ Strong ability to synthesize cultural trends, consumer insights, and technology advancements into actionable marketing strategies.
+ Proven track record of working with talent, influencers, agencies, and entertainment properties.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in stakeholder management.
+ Experience with digital innovation, emerging technology, and new consumer engagement models is a plus.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

+ Salary Range : $ 107,600-153,300 base salary + bonus (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
