Role & Responsibilities

This role has the overall responsibility for the development of new partnerships and promotions for the VIP Advantage program. You will oversee membership acquisition, growth, and sales as well as plan for future phases. Collaborating across businesses and functions, you will develop and align loyalty / VIP membership plans with business priorities including various carrier and retail partners and sell out platforms.

Specific responsibilities include:

Explore new business creation opportunities through strategic partnerships with Carriers and Retailers by understanding partner needs, opportunities, strategies, and objective Drive significant revenue through the design, delivery, and execution with partners in telecomm and retail industries.Set promotion level for memberships based on strategic objective, cost considerations and market demand.Lead go-to-market by planning, executing and scaling digital campaigns.Collaborate with marketing to set goals and define member-centric experiences to ensure digital goals are metWork closely with eCommerce leadership and HQ on project deliverablesEnsure cross-program dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintainedPrepare C-level reports communicating findings in a succinct and visual manner

Cross Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales channels leaders, and Consumer Market Insights (CMI) to align on program commercial plansCommunicate regularly and closely with HQ, Head of Departments and Business Managers regarding information related to products as required to ensure effective and timely supportWorks closely with corporate marketing functions (Digital, Social, PR, .com) to ensure division strategy and plans are effectively implemented and reviewed

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.8 or more years Product, Online, Sales or Marketing Management experience preferably in a consumer electronics or FMCG environmentThe ideal candidate will have a consistent track record in driving growth through strategic partner programs, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer and market needs, partner economics, and the ability to leverage programs, incentives, and important metrics to drive growth through channel and services partners.Related experience in building digital experience for members, optimization, testing and analytics.Proven track record in executing successful digital campaigns, preferably within a D2C industryExperience with strategy development, campaign management, promotion design and reportingCritical thinking and creativity when it comes to delivering strategic approachesExcellent communication with product manager, data engineering, and other sellout platform managers.Deep understanding of pricing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
