The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment process, driving talent acquisition strategies that attract top-tier candidates. As a leader on the talent acquisition team, the Senior Manager will also guide and mentor a team of recruiters and/or specialists, empowering them to deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. They will also be directly responsible for sourcing, interviewing and hiring in support of specific functions.
Responsibilities:
· Partner closely with Sr. Leadership and Hiring Managers to develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that support Bath & Body Works’ goals
· Lead the interview and selection process, providing guidance to hiring managers and ensuring alignment with the company values and culture
· Develop and execute innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies that attract top-tier talent across multiple channels
· Build and maintain strategic partnerships with community organizations to enhance the talent pipeline
· Oversee and mentor a high-performing team of recruiters, providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to ensure the team is meeting recruitment goals and continuously improving
· Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate team performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvements in strategy and execution
· Manage and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams
· Lead complex recruitment projects and initiatives such as talent mapping, global recruitment strategies, or recruitment technology implementation
Qualifications· Minimum of 10 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, people-centered environment
· Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience with the ability to mentor, guide and motivate a recruitment team to achieve targets and maintain high standards
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to analyze and report on key recruitment metrics to assess an improve the effectiveness of hiring strategies
· Highly motivated, passionate and results-oriented
Education
· Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
