As a Senior Manager, Software Development, you will:
Lead multiple teams using project management tools like Jira and Trello to complete projects with meaningful business impact, ensuring sustainable delivery through effective execution and people management.Influence across teams to drive results, acting with urgency to deliver high-quality work, making timely decisions, and prioritizing team tasks while using tools like Asana and Microsoft Project for resource planning and scheduling.Employ an innovation framework and iterative development process, leveraging Agile methodologies to set clear expectations and ensure on-time, quality project delivery.Maintain healthy partnerships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, fostering inclusivity and clear communication through platforms like Slack and Microsoft Teams.Establish goals aligned with business objectives, set clear expectations for success, and use performance metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and address issues promptly.Identify and resolve misalignments with peer and dependent teams, utilizing risk mitigation strategies and maintaining an influential managerial presence to guide teams effectively.Possess 3 years of increasing managerial experience as a first and second-level manager.
