Description Amazon Flex crowdsources independent contractors – called Delivery Partners (DPs) – to make deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages. Flex WW Safety Team is looking for a Sr. Manager, Product to drive safety improvement for both drivers and community members through product development, process improvement, business insight discovery and automation, and other aspects. The individual will work across organization to benchmark industrial best practices, deliver granular safety insights, drive cross-functional process changes, innovate and develop new products and processes, and facilitate leadership alignment when needed, to raise the bar on safety performance. The base pay for this position ranges from $160,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
