What will you be doing?
Lead process design initiatives, fostering collaboration across departments to identify areas for improvementDevelop and implement strategic process roadmaps, aligning with organizational objectivesMentor and guide process design teams, empowering them to deliver high-impact solutionsSupports the maintenance of the change management program and establishes processes and expectations followed by 1LOD teamsConduct thorough process analyses, pinpointing inefficiencies and opportunities for innovationDesign and implement new processes, leveraging industry best practices and cutting-edge technologiesCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless process adoption and sustainabilityDrive continuous improvement, monitoring key performance indicators and refining processes accordinglyUnderstanding of financial services processes with respect to retail banking products (deposit accounts, credit cards, mortgage/HELOC, etc.)Proficient in the usage of process design and presentation tools (e.g. MS Visio, PowerPoint, Lucidchart).Willingness to learn and challenge the status quo in a fast-paced environment.What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
7-10 years of experience in a process design / implementation function4+ years in the financial services or other regulated industriesStrong communication skills (written and oral)Self-motivated professionalNice-to-have
Certification in process design or a related field (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)Experience with digital transformation initiativesFamiliarity with industry-specific regulations and standardsBasic knowledge of technologies such as RPA, AI and Machine Learning.Familiarity with risks and controls frameworks such as COSO, ISO31000, etc.Job Skills
