Sr. Manager, Nutrition Club Development Category: Sales Position Type: Regular Full-Time External ID: 14043 Location: Torrance, CA, United States Date Posted: Sep 11, 2024 Hiring Range: 164,400.00 to 188,700.00 USD Annually Share: share to e-mail Tweet share to twitter Share on Facebook share to facebook Share on LinkedIn share to linkedin Apply Now **Overview** **THE ROLE:** The Lead of Development for Nutrition Clubs (NC) is responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing strategies and practices to improve Distributor success, customer experience and value proposition of Herbalife's Nutrition Clubs globally. **HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:** • Lead Nutrition Club channel strategy to drive growth, innovation, retention, DS-operators efficiency, and Customer Experience • Develop & and work cross-functionally and with Distributors to implement marketing and sales strategies to drive NC customer acquisition, upselling & cross-selling, retention and revenue growth. • Formalize NC training & support structure to maximize their operational efficiency and profitability. • Systemize NC performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success and impact of the channel strategy. Regularly monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly. • Generate Insights and implement best practices to improve DS adoption, engagement and success with Nutrition Clubs. • Collaborate with product development teams to develop new product strategies that drive NC sales & profitability. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences and opportunities for growth. • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in the market. • Identify and remove operational barriers within the channel. • Collaborate with Corp groups to align channel strategies with overall business • Provide input & mentorship to Digital Office on digital & technology needs & opportunities to increase channel’s operational effectiveness and efficiency. • Partner with Key Account Managers to conduct regular performance evaluations with Club leadership, identify areas for improvement and implement targeted programs to improve club performance. • May include extensive periods of domestic and international travel (25%) **WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM** : The North America Sales team is a dedicated group of professionals that work closely with Distributors and internal cross-functional partners to build innovative sales initiatives sought at growth and retention of our Customers and Distributors. Nutrition Clubs are one of our most important sales channels where Distributors build a welcoming community sought at providing good nutrition at reasonable prices. Internally, we foster a friendly, upbeat and respectful environment in which we value teamwork, open communication and collaboration. **Qualifications** **SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:** • 8+ years of experience with growing levels of responsibility such as, but not limited to: Project Management, Management Consulting, Operations, Product Development, Strategy, Sales Initiatives, Process Improvements, Communications, Franchise Development, Financial Analysis or Modeling • Experience with Franchise Development • Point-of-sale system and/or e-commerce platform experience preferred • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills that demonstrate the ability to provide clear direction and make sound decisions • Lead and build positive relationships with individuals irrespective of titles (internal and external) • Derive insight from sophisticated business problems to provide meaningful conclusions • Ability to work flexibly, at times during non-standard business hours • Work across a variety of functions, cultures, locations, and time zones • Ability to travel domestically and international up to 25% of time **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:** This role will not have any direct supervisory responsibilities, but they will be responsible for leading all aspects of cross-functional teams to implement pivotal initiatives across sales channels. \#LI-GB1 At Herbalife, we value doing what’s right.
