The (Sr.) Manager, NTA Operations is a key role responsible for designing and implementing the NTA/RTA operation model, ensuring robust governance, managing projects, and leading the team. The role is crucial for driving the success of NTA/RTA transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the NTA Leader in driving the transformation of NTA/RTA operations.Develop and implement the NTA/RTA operation model, including governance, system, process, and roles & responsibilities.Work closely with CMO (COO, MOE, OCE/A) to ensure the effective operation of the NTA model, including process streamline, data analysis project etc.Oversee the coordination team responsible for managing meetings and speaker applications. Develop communication and collaboration mechanisms across teams (CMO, RTA, Sales).Analyze and track the effectiveness of the NTA/RTA model. Provide quarterly improvement plans to enhance capabilities.Recruit, train team members, and conduct performance reviews.Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines and lead risk mitigation and control for programs.Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
Educational Qualifications:
A four-year university degree is required, preferably in Pharmacy, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration.Skills & Capabilities:
Ability to condense complex issues into simple solutions.Strong communication and cross-functional influence skills.Strategic and critical thinking abilities to identify root causes and solutions for complex problems.Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills.Solid compliance mindset with demonstrated integrity and the ability to lead others in producing high-quality, compliant work.Analytical skills for analyzing sales figures, market conditions, and competitor performance.Other Role Requirements:
