We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager, IT Aftersales to join our company. As the Senior Manager, IT Aftersales, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of information technology systems and operations within our Aftersales organization. You will play a crucial role in aligning IT strategies with our business objectives to optimize efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Parts/Aftersales biased SOP, WMS, ERP, Logistics systems (AS400, Mainframe, JDE Unix, SAP S4/Hana), IT leadership within the Aftersales industry, excellent technical knowledge, and a strategic mindset.
Your Impact
Accountable for the IT Program and delivery of SAP S4 transformation program and roll out of the functions across the Aftersales business, working with the program delivery team. Leading teams to provide operational support to all warehouses at a global level utilizing ERP, AS400, Manhattan, Autostore, Modula, Mainframe and other peripheral logistic systems Leading a team consisting of internal and external resources in the enterprise program environment and application management Working with aftersales/parts leadership and stakeholders to build trusted partnership to enable the parts growth, NPS, and RONA. Responsible for the implementation of stories and features in working with cross functional teams to implement the agreed content in the planned time, budget and quality Responsibility for compliance with all AGCO guidelines by all employees and teams as well as the Compliance with all control processes and standards including data protection regulation and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, etc.).
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor`s degree in computer science, IT, engineering or equivalent education 9+ years of professional experience in IT 5+ years of experience in people management Strong experience in managing Parts and Aftersales processes and systems (SAP S/4, eWM, Transport management, CRM) and their integration with the IT infrastructure Demonstrate experience in managing – budgets, business relationships and vendor relationships Experience in the development of business cases, business process creation, change management, application lifecycle management in large companies with complex organizational and IT structures Solid knowledge of agile methods (e.g. SAFe) or other Project Management methodologies
