**Job Description**

**Core Responsibilities**
+ Partner with a diverse range of the businessinthe Western European Market Group and Central Markets & Channels Marketing driving insights into decision making that help shape strategy & execution.
+ Be anchored in key business issues and opportunities, connect dots across multiple data and insight sources to root cause analyses, and produce compelling business storylines that are embedded and actioned by the businessininnovation andgoto market processes.
+ Empower and provoke decisions via objectivity and inquiry-based insights showing a curious approach thatinspiresothers.
+ Set the direction for the insight's journey for selected key partners.

**Do you have what it takes?**
+ In-depth experience ininsights,consultancy,and/ormarketing related functions that are insight and commercially driven.
+ Big picture and critical thinker with courage to provoke constructively.
+ Excellent collaborator with ability to work across functional areas and ideally experience working within an innovation pipeline and go-to-marketprocesses.
+ Strong business sense and skill as well as ability to bridge this with insights consultancy.
+ Proficient in English – written and spoken.
