Sr. Manager, F1 & Circuit Racing

You will assume responsibility and ownership of the F1 & Circuit Racing Motorsports area within the RBNA portfolio and support the Director of 4 Wheel Motorsports in running the F1 & Circuit Racing program.

 

The Sr. Manager – F1 & Circuit Racing is responsible for developing and executing the strategy of our national motorsports program. The development and alignment of the motorsports marketing plans of our regional teams is a key part of the role and the candidate is expected to contribute strongly to the ideation and creation process to develop strong RBNA and global aligned related motorsports projects.

 

As part of this role, you will serves as main connection point to other internal departments (Sports, Brand, Legal, RBMN, etc.) and region teams for all F1 & Circuit Racing related matters, making sure our approach is aligned with all key stakeholders within the company as well as main RBNA POC for the F1 entities Red Bull Racing and Visa Cash App Racing Bulls.

 

Furthermore, you will be expected to build and capitalize on a strong network in the sport (athletes, teams, commercial rights holders, etc.) and successfully manage and grow the partnership portfolio to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of our programs.

 

In addition, the Sr. Manager’s responsibility is to ideate and bring to life superior ideas, identify new tactics and playgrounds, cross-marketing solutions and business opportunities to continue growing Red Bull’s brand awareness and reinforce the image of the brand and its perception in the USA to grow the user base. The Sr. Manager fosters cross-functional collaboration between RBNA Communications, Interactive Marketing, Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, the Red Bull Media House, Athletes and Events Marketing. The Sr. Manager will support the Regional Marketing Teams with best in class activation support and expectation setting to fully leverage the RBNA Motor Sports properties.
