Job Description

Job Summary:

This Sr. Manager position reports to the Skyworks’ IT organization supporting our Finance teams in General Accounting, Financial Operational Control, Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, and Financial Application Integration globally. This position is the techno-functional subject matter expert in SAP S4/HANA FI modules interacting with cross-functional MM & SD modules and interacting internal IT teams.

Responsibilities Manage and support the Finance Team globally and provide recommendations on automation and process improvement opportunities Lead the management of General Accounting and Financial Planning & Budgeting processes and integrations to/from internal and external systems. This will include working with external vendors, coordinating with business partners, project managers, and IT teams. Collaborate with Finance leadership to define roadmaps and ensure that priorities are cross-functionally aligned. Present solutions and options to project teams and other stakeholders adapting style to both technical and non-technical audiences. Coordinate with external vendors, AMS, project managers, and IT teams to ensure projects and initiatives are managed appropriately. Partner with team members and stakeholders working in different time zones in US, MX, SG, JP, and international countries. Ability for mapping end to end business processes to solution capabilities across COEs and coordinating with other Solution Managers when needed. Application support will include input on application architecture, gathering user requirements, developing technical specifications, configuring packaged applications, developing reports and testing solutions, facilitate design of solutions to meet business requirements. Ensure that proper Change Control and Project Management processes are followed. Experience and Skills Minimum 12 years of experience with responsibility for implementing and supporting General Accounting and Financial Planning & Budgeting processes for a high-volume semiconductor manufacturer. Strong functional analyst with hands-on working experience with Finance teams. Extensive in-depth knowledge working with SAP S4/HANA General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Treasury, Profitability Analysis, Controlling with Product Costing and Fixed Assets. Moderate to extensive experience in integration of other functional areas such as Payroll, Sales, Purchases and Manufacturing (SAP ECP, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP GTS, SAP DRC and SAP PP). Requires detail oriented, strong analysis and problem-solving skills. Deep understanding of Integrations with SAP Concur, Vendor Invoice management applications, GRC, SAP Payroll, SAP Ariba, etc. SAP SAC Planning or Hyperion PBCS experience is a plus. Strong Understanding of HR-ABAP development capabilities in RICEFW objects, ALE/IDOC, B2B integrations. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal and good interpersonal skills. Ability to present and effectively communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences. Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines. Experience partnering with team members and stakeholders working in different time zones. Master’s degree in Information Technology or in a related technical field (e.g., Engineering or Science) or equivalent education, technical training, and experience. SAP certification considered a plus.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $126,500 - $241,700 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others. Employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan, and certain roles are also eligible for additional awards, including recognition and stock.
