The Sr. Manager, Continuous Improvement and Labor Planning is responsible for driving operational excellence and optimizing labor resources across the Supply Chain network. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in implementing process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for efficiency gains, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
A day in the life as a Sr. Manager, Continuous Improvement & Labor Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with business objectivesLead and participate in process improvement projects, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other relevant toolsIdentify, analyze, and implement process enhancements to eliminate waste and improve productivity.Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.Develop and implement performance metrics to measure improvement initiatives and track progress.Labor Planning:
Develop and implement effective labor planning strategies to optimize workforce utilization and minimize labor costsAnalyze labor trends, forecasts demand, and develop staffing plans accordinglyCollaborate with HR and operations to ensure adequate staffing levels across all departmentsImplement workforce management tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracyMonitor labor costs and identify opportunities for cost reductionCross-Functional Collaboration:
