Job Description

Sr. Manager, Global RMM, Cloud & MSP will be responsible for the expansion of the RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) strategy for Proofpoint. The leader will focus on developing and implementing the growth strategy for all Global RMM’s and Global partners.

Your day-to-day

Lead a small team of dedicated Global Channel Account Managers driving new and existing RMM’s and partners globally, consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targetsAssessment of current RMM programShort-Term and Long-Term Strategy CreationRepresenting Proofpoint in Global RMM CommunitiesIdentification of Relevant Technologies and Relationships with Technology ProvidersGo-To-Market Liaison with Product, Marketing and Customer Organizations inside ProofpointIdentification and evangelism of product & support needs inside ProofpointDeveloping consistency across global geographiesWorking within Channel and Marketing Operations to operationalize the programDriving the Annualized Recurring Revenue

Job Requirements

Personal drive, passion and enthusiasm to understand and navigate a fast-growing company striving toward market leadershipDemonstrated leadership and knowledge in RMM FieldClose association with existing RMM/PSA (Professional Services Automation) ProvidersDeep knowledge of RMM financial business modelHistory of achieving sales targets and hyper growthExperience in working closely with product, marketing, and support groupsDemonstrated capability in creating an initial strategy and planning execution
