We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the AMS GTM team and drive the strategy and execution to support the success of the business. This role will be focused on delivering key strategic insights and priority GTM projects that support the GTM. You will work in concert with the COO & GTM Leaders to develop impactful GTM strategies. This individual should be able to dive deep into solving problems while maintaining a broad perspective. In this role you will be responsible for + Develop and execute cross functional GTM programs and plans to activate strategic initiatives + Analyze KPIs, and track the success of GTM initiatives, providing concise summaries and recommendations to management. + Support the AMS sales teams with actionable, data-driven insights + Enable critical business decision making by working with cross-functional stakeholders and cross-pollinate learnings. + Build relationships with senior stakeholders, foster collaboration and alignment - tailoring approaches to their solution needs and opportunities We are looking for in this role... + Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. + Experience in a GTM strategic planning, SaaS sales operations, or related role in the SaaS or technology sector – preferably with strategy consulting experience. + Strong analytical skills and intellectually curious about data analysis, trends, and insight generation. Expertise in data visualization and reporting, with ability to review and synthesize data and trends to focus the attention of the leadership team + Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments. + Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing (for exec level review) + Collaborative team player who also knows how to ‘get things done’ FD21 _Not sure if you meet every qualification? Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
