Sr. Manager, Advanced EV Development Finance

Launched in 2022, Advanced EV Development plans to create and market new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services capabilities into the core fabric of our next generation EV platform. These products and services allow Ford's retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicles like never before with over-the-air (OTA)-driven experiences that grow better over time. In this position…

You will be the day-to-day finance leader for Go-to-Market Strategy within Advanced EV Development. You are a hands-on business partner to Operating teams acting as a guiding light in establishing targets, developing strategies and action plans, and creating a roadmap to improve performance. You are an inspiring leader and single-source-of-truth on the progress and potential of our next generation EV products & services to Ford's leadership team.

You'll have…

At least a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a similar field, with MBA preferred. 8 or more years in a fast-moving environment and within an industry that has undergone transformation and growth, embracing new technology and innovation.

Identify and take initiative in delivering continuous improvement across all facets of the job. What you'll do…

Key partner with GTM leaders to drive strategy and execution across all areas of the program. Lead a finance team to deliver maximum return on invested capital. Deliver end-to-end analysis on the product income statements. Drive transparent financial reporting, cost status reporting and ongoing process optimization. Design a financial controllership strategy for Ford and Ford Dealership capital investment, fixed operating costs, and variable operating costs. Deliver critical updates to executive stakeholders up to and including board of directors' level materials.
