Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Clerk at our Chandler, AZ location.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, inventory management, and equipment maintenance schedules.\nCoordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion of tasks.\nAssist in managing maintenance supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring availability and proper storage.\nGenerate reports and summaries of maintenance activities, equipment, and maintenance performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.\nWork with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.\nAssist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize facility efficiency.\n\n

U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of security processing

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates. 

YOU MUST HAVE:

\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance, facilities management, or administrative role\nMinimum of 3 years of experience purchasing and collaborating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.\nMinimum of 3 years in using computer software and systems for data entry and record-keeping.\n\n

WE VALUE

\n\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, etc.\nExperience with SAP Systems, especially in purchasing and invoicing.\nExperience in CMMS Systems like Maximo or others.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\nStrong, self-driven personality.\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nProficient in using computer systems, including spreadsheets, charts, and reporting tools\n\n
