Job Requirements

Main duties

Obtain and issue packing specifications as requested.Issue freight quotations for domestic and export customer.Executing all WH operationsExecute Daily Delivery Due List in SAP to release orders due for shipping, ensuring orders are shipped as requested by Customer Service and customers.Prepare and Release documentation to warehouse for picking and packing, in timely manner.Arrange booking of transport, i.e. local, groupage, full trucks, sea and air freights, couriers, including consolidation of truck loads.Arrange loading time slots within Lakhtar and external warehousesPrepare and Issue documentation required by transport companies, i.e. CMRs, sea/air freight shipping notesPrepare and send invoices to customers as requiredSupport Customer Service Department (CSD) with prompt shipping information

Main responsibilities

Ensure all transport for collections and deliveries arrives in a timely manner.Ensure a clean and safe warehouse for staff to work in.To accurately update data into the SAP/ computer system.

Have excellent numeracy, literacy and organizational skills.Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Ability to meet deadlines.A comprehensive understanding of Warehouse safety procedures.Well versed in Hindi, Gujarati and English communication
