Chick-fil-A Staff Selection Sr. Lead Advisors are highly skilled individuals who lead and manage talent acquisition practices to ensure the proper and effective identification and placement of talent. They partner with Hiring Managers, Leaders, and Interview teams to clearly understand their strategy and business needs and lead them through the selection process. They lead the recruitment and interview process and act as key contact for candidates. They develop recruiting strategies to support the start-up of new Distribution Center locations, develop diversity recruitment strategies, attend college campus and industry events and support Chick-fil-A Supply Services openings when needed.

Responsibilities Build client relationships with client contacts at all levels of the organizationManage full-cycle selection process, to include data collection and analysis from beginning to end of the recruiting process in our applicant tracking system, as well as internal team resources as neededEnsure diverse slate of candidates presented to Hiring ManagerEnsure remarkable candidate experienceDrive interview and selection process while maintaining strong relationships with hire managersCollaborate with key internal clients to understand business strategy, direction, and talent needsUtilize strategy information from key businesses/functions to develop a proactive talent strategyBuild a pipeline of talent for each functional areas supportedGenerate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates through advanced sourcing techniquesRepresent Staff Selection Strategy at client at Leadership Team meetingsPerforms work under limited supervision, conferring with superior on unusual mattersWork with wide latitude for unreviewed action or decision on most outcomesAbility to lead or direct larger projects independentlyPlans and directs projects and/or outcomes and provides technical leadership and consultation to others with independent decision-making authorityAbility to represent the organization in outside discussions and technical forumsAssist with the selection and/or oversight (including assistance with financial and/or budgetary management) of outside partners and professionals to effectively deliver outcomes and resultsMonitor and consult to industry workforce trendsLead requisition consult debrief meetingsCollaborate with Total Rewards Team on candidate compensation and job levelingSource active and passive candidates to provide a strong interview slate to hiring teamsSupport interview training and coaching interviewers on hiring best practicesSupport with training and onboarding of new talent acquisition team members   Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree7 Years of related experienceDemonstrated passion for identifying talents and strengths in othersFacilitation/presentation experience with large groupsExperience using an ATSExperience recruiting and conducting advanced Boolean sourcing techniquesSkilled at managing multiple projects simultaneouslyTrack record indicative of high business acumen, including the ability to understand general businessComputer proficiency including e-mail, Excel spreadsheet, Microsoft Windows and applicant tracking systemsStrong communication, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skillsDemonstrated ability to achieve significant results while working independently and with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications Behavioral-based interviewing experienceExperience sourcing and recruiting candidates in a distribution, manufacturing, or similar environmentExperience with iCIMSSPHR or PHR CertificationExperience training, leading or influencing a team or group Minimum Years of Experience 7 Travel Requirements 30% Required Level of Education Bachelor's Degree Submit Resume ApplyApplyShareRefer this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
