Sr. Key Account Manager
Overview

This role involves managing the entire business cycle to surpass sales targets and drive revenue growth. By developing and implementing robust account plans, monitoring account performance, and identifying new revenue opportunities, the Senior Key Account Manager ensures ongoing profitability and sales success. In this role you act as the main point of contact for the account representing the Crocs brand. Regular account visits and in person participation during key events is mandatory (e.g. Seasonal Sales Launch Meetings). 
 

What You'll Do Cultivate and expand relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers in key accounts, ensuring sustained engagement and partnership alignment. Oversee and optimize the end-to-end business cycle to meet and surpass sales targets and revenue growth objectives. Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with organizational goals and revenue targets. Continuously monitor and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, expansion, and revenue maximization. Negotiate commercial agreements that uphold profitability and maintain mutually beneficial outcomes. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to both external partners and internal teams. Identify potential risks within key accounts and proactively develop mitigation strategies to safeguard long-term partnerships. Create seasonal sales forecasts and regularly track performance to ensure alignment with projections. Collaborate closely with both accounts and internal stakeholders to enhance strategic metrics, with the goal of maximizing product availability and delivery performance. Lead the seasonal go-to-market (GTM) execution for assigned accounts, leveraging support from cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation. What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Economics/Digital Commerce 3-4 years experience working in Digital Commerce, Sales and/or Key Account Management Strong negotiating skills, strong communication skills, analytical mindset, excellent knowledge of go-to-market processes and systems, ability to manage and motivate direct reports, problem-solving skills, quick learner Able to comfortably update, present to and persuade stakeholders at various organizational levels Can independently prioritize and manage workload Experience working in a multi-country, multi-language environment is a plus Strategic mindset with an ability to prioritize and delegate accordingly Advanced excel skills Advanced user of MS office Fluent English (fluency in other EMEA languages is a plus)
