A financial firm is looking for a Sr. Java Tech Lead to join their team in Iselin, NJ.

Pay: $170-200k

Responsibilities: Deliver solutions for critical service that is built on client server architecture using middleware components and database Lead a team of talented developers in the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications Provide Level 3 support for the current service and take lead in in the analysis and resolution of issues reported in Production and UAT Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive innovative solutions Conduct performance evaluations and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standardsQualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred 10-15 years of IT experience with focus on Core Java, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects Experience in a diverse set of technologies including SQL, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Junit, Mockito, Apache Spark, Storm and related technologies Practical experience in developing software products/solutions that are deployed on cloud (as PaaS,SaaS) Knowledge of complex database concepts and ensures technology teams are
