A week in the life of a Senior IT Systems Administrator:

Provide accurate and timely Tier II / III level support on an IT Service Desk for 30+ sites throughout the world. Maintain accurate records through use of online ticketing and inventory system while ensuring valuable information is maintained for future access.  Provide and lead the deployment of software via System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), schedule system backups, and monitor systems. Provide and maintain professionalism and technical aptitude with customers and team members.
