Sr. Inventory Planner, LatAm

What you will do

The Inventory Planner Senior plays a critical role in ensuring optimized levels of inventory and aligning inventory strategies with business goals. This position oversees re-deployment, define fair allocation within the region of products in supply constraints, supports inventory projection inputs, defines reorder points (ROP), and manages inputs for NRP (net requirement plan 24 months). The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including supply planning, demand planning, and operations (warehouse). 

Scope: LATAM region (all countries – specific franchises)  

Develop and maintain inventory management strategies, including safety stock levels, to support business objectives. 

Oversee and execute re-deployment plans to balance inventory across the region effectively. 

Execute fair allocation process related to products in Global Supply constraints. 

Provide accurate and timely inputs for inventory projection processes, ensuring alignment with NRP requirements and P&L impacts in a monthly basis. 

Define and maintain reorder points (ROP) to prevent stockouts and overstock situations and ensuring the alignment with Inventory targets. 

Analyze inventory data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. 

Collaborate with supply planning and logistics teams to ensure the seamless movement of inventory. 

Monitor KPIs such as inventory turns, DII, ROP investments, E&O, and on-hand vs. forecasted demand. 

What you will need

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. 

4+ years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain management. 

Advanced proficiency in Excel  

Fluency in Spanish.

Preferred:

Proficient in English and Portuguese.

Background/experience in Finance.
