The ideal candidate will have experience in a client-facing role with previous inventory management experience. Excellent customer service skills are a plus! **Hours:** 7:00 am-3:30 pm (Mon-Fr) **Pay:** $25-$29/hr **Type** : 4-6 month contract **Responsibilities** + Managing domestic shipping requests in accordance with regulations + Contacting relevant parties for additional details or clarification to process shipping requests + Using tools to determine product classifications (e.g., HTS codes) for various materials + Storing correspondence in the appropriate digital folder + Utilizing relevant tools to verify controlled substance status + Archiving results for controlled substances and product classifications in shared storage + Downloading and organizing relevant shipping and compliance data (e.g., customs forms, regulatory documents) + Reviewing entries for accuracy and regulatory adherence + Coordinating with stakeholders (e.g., vendors, researchers) to address and resolve any discrepancies + Ensuring export documentation is accurate and complies with regulations (e.g., values, certificates of origin, HTS codes, permits) + Maintaining daily updates to import logs **Requirements** + Experience within inventory management. + Excellent customer service skills / experience in a client-facing role. + Familiarity with inventory control software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel, or other ERP systems). + Strong understanding of inventory control practices (cycle counting, stock replenishment, etc.) INDBH We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
