Sr. HRIS Analyst

As a member of the HRIS Team, The Sr. HRIS Analyst is a critical technical and strategic adviser to the business and our internal clients.  This important role is a resource for Workday HCM and Compensation, working with HR, Compensation and other functional teams to provide creative solutions, including reporting, and long-term vision for our use of Workday.

In the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing administration, maintenance, and support of our Compensation function in Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS)This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our compensation functions (compensation review processes, compensation plans and business processes) meet the needs of our business partnersProvide ongoing support for Workday compensation including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshootingMonitor and maintain compensation data integrity, security, and accuracy within WorkdayCreate and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analyticsAct as a subject matter expert on HRIS and compensation related issues and provide support to end-usersContinuously monitor and evaluate HRIS functionality and recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in Workday HRIS administrationStrong understanding of HRIS functionality and data architectureExperience with Workday HCM modules including Compensation and RecruitingStrong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and develop creative solutionsExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines

Preferred:

Workday HCM certification preferred

Location: Irving, TX – Hybrid Schedule
