Purpose of Role

Reporting to the HR Director, Greater China, the purpose of this role is to partner effectively with the function leaders in Greater China in driving the performance potential and delivering the long-term growth agenda. The role will also support HR Director, Greater China in implementing Global and APAC HR programs across Greater China

Role Responsibilities

Accountabilities

Build trusted partnership with function leaders to deliver people solutions supporting overall business objectivesDevelop and implement talent and succession plans to future prove the functions with right talent and capabilitiesEffectively utilize performance management and reward process to motivate and drive performanceBuild world-class function capabilities and people management capabilitiesBe closely involved throughout the “employment cycle” to create fulfilling employee experienceDrive a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and agility enabling people to be the best and truly fulfil their potentialEffectively utilize employee data and reports to generate insights to support people and organization decisionsPartner with Head of HR, China and Head of HR, Taiwan, lead the execution of global and APAC people programs across the market

Qualification & Experience

Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering with multinational companies involving all areas of the HR functions including talent management, capability & L&D, change management, culture and behaviorsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels of the organizationStrategic mindset with the ability to drive change and the necessary interventionAble to actively connect with and effectively leverage the knowledge of the broader HR community to  drive successful implementation of global and APAC HR programsStrong knowledge of employment legislation and regulationsAbility to analyze and generate insights from dataFluent in English and Mandarin
