This role leads a team of 11 HR professionals across North America and Europe, while collaborating with HR operations leads in Latin America, China, and Asia Pacific. The position supports around 1,500 global associates and works closely with functional leaders in Strategic Sourcing, Trade Compliance, Infrastructure and Planning, and Fulfillment & Logistics, aligning their global strategies with local execution. In addition to leading HR operations, this strategic leader will drive key initiatives within Hach and across the Veralto enterprise using continuous improvement tools from the Veralto Enterprise System (VES). The role demands a strong focus on linking HR strategies to business objectives, ensuring compliance, advising leadership, and fostering collaboration and accountability within the HR function. Success will require the optimization of relationships and the use of VES tools to solve problems and drive excellence across the organization. This role will have 45% travel, domestically and internationally to each of our sites, and as needs arise. The position has been posted in multiple locations but just one position is available. **Responsibilities:** + Act as an HR strategist, change agent, and implementation advisor. + Drive workforce planning, headcount management, and retention strategies. + Provide consultation on associate engagement, retention, and program impact measurement. + Oversee performance management processes, including coaching leaders and performance improvement plans. + Advise on internal movements such as transfers, promotions, and job enhancements, ensuring policy alignment. + Partner with client groups to acquire professional and leadership talent. + Conduct employee relations investigations and consult with legal counsel on outcomes. + Drive continuous improvement using Veralto Enterprise Systems (VES) tools. + Co-facilitate training and development programs and deliver change management consultation. + Lead and guide the HR team, providing development and thought leadership while ensuring accountability for metrics. **Are you qualified?** + 12+ years of HR experience in a high-performance, metrics-driven environment, with a focus on compensation, recruiting, employee relations, and organizational development, particularly in operations. + Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple countries and cultures, with a strong understanding of international labor laws and experience with works councils and organized labor. + Skilled in consulting, negotiating, coaching, and mediating, with a continuous improvement mindset and a thorough knowledge of the employee life cycle. + Experience leading or contributing to organizational realignments, workforce planning, and small to medium-scale reorganizations. + Strong experience collaborating with higher management and supporting initiatives in culturally diverse settings. + Fluent in English, with additional language proficiency in Spanish, French, or Chinese being advantageous. Demonstrated experience navigating International Labor Laws ideal + Willingness to travel internationally (45%) **US ONLY** **:** The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $200,000.00 - $240,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
