Sr. Global Demand Generation Campaigns Manager - Platforms

SentinelOne is in search of an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Global Demand Generation Campaigns. In this key role within the Global Campaigns team, you will orchestrate the strategic design and execution of impactful campaigns for our Platforms product suite. We are searching for an individual with a proven track record of devising, implementing, and optimizing data-driven demand generation campaigns that align with overarching Marketing objectives.

As the Senior Global Demand Generation Campaign Manager, you will take the helm in formulating the go-to-market strategy for SentinelOne's portfolio. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads, engage prospects, and support revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborate with regional marketing teams, and utilize your expertise in demand generation tactics to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

What Will You Do?

Develop and execute a comprehensive global demand generation strategy aligned with company objectives and sales targets. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand target audience segments, pain points, and buying behaviors to inform campaign strategies. Devise and oversee the comprehensive strategy for integrated online campaigns spanning various channels (email, display, paid social, webinars, etc.) to drive pipeline growth and revenue for the Platforms product suite. Shape campaign content with compelling messaging and value propositions tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey. Define target account segmentation for campaign initiatives grounded in the ideal customer profile, predominant industries, purchase intent, and sales-designated accounts. Support regional marketing teams by equipping them with campaign kits, pivotal campaign pillars, audience segmentation strategies for campaign initiatives, and actionable marketing channel recommendations. Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness to drive conversions. Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact. Expand email nurture programs to advance qualified leads further down the conversion funnel. Collaborate seamlessly with fellow campaign managers to refine processes and elevate workflows, thereby enhancing marketing and sales synergy. Assist in evaluating and managing external vendors for account-based marketing efforts.

What skills and experience should you bring?

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus. 6-8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or cybersecurity. Solid understanding of campaign management, account-based marketing (ABM), and various digital marketing channels. Proven track record of creating and executing successful demand generation campaigns that have resulted in increased lead generation and revenue growth. Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, buyer personas, and customer journey mapping. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase (or equivalent platforms) Outstanding skill in conveying and presenting campaign initiatives and results effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams through reporting and communication.

Base Salary Range$116,000—$160,000 USD
