Join our Smart Infrastructure (SI) team as either a Financial Analyst or a Sr. Financial Analyst to help us to successfully manage all financial aspects of Operations of our Apparatus Factories. The successful candidate will partner closely with the Fin. Director of Operations, (Systems), the Operations FIN team, Performance controlling team, the Apparatus Factories, the Apparatus Fin team and other functions while owning and aiming to improve all financial aspects of accuracy of books and records, planning and controlling, measuring the achievement of KPIs and driving improvements / projects.

As the Sr. Financial Analyst, you will:

·         organize and coordinate planning- / FC-timelines and activities for all financial KPIs including P&L and Balance Sheet, while providing guidance along with developing proposals for target setting.

·         proactively develop the existing reporting- and tool landscape to improve data transparency and to enable productivity gains

·         autonomously perform regular analysis of the business development and outlook relative to set targets to detect trends, anomalies and outliers in P&L, Balance Sheet and other manufacturing related KPIs and

o   constructively discuss operational performance with factories and other stakeholders

o   prepare presentations including decision proposals to Management

o   consistently use steering actions to achieve the targets set

·         autonomously take responsibility for analysis and summary of complex topics related to organization, tools and processes. Develop recommended actions and drive improvement measures and projects

·         coordinate and organize financial and commercial activities

·         acts as subject matter expert on a broad basis of financial topics

You will make a strong impact if you have the following qualifications:

·         BS in Accounting, Finance. Masters, Finance preferred

·         5-8 years years experience in Finance, preferably in a manufacturing plant environment for the Financial Analyst role. 8+ years of overall experience for the Sr position.

·         Experience and in-depth know how of large and complex manufacturing environments

·         Comprehensive SCM- and manufacturing process understanding (beyond finance)

·         Very strong in-depth knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) and digitalization- / automation tools (Tableau, Snowflake, KNIME, PowerBI, etc.)

·         Strong Networking-, Collaboration- and Stakeholder Management skills

·         Strong communication and presentation skills

·         Project Management Skills and Experience / Change Management experience

·         Solution oriented thinking and ability to practically apply methodic approaches to overcome business challenges

·         Ability to effectively manage deadlines, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
