Primary Responsibilities

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial reporting and analysis to business leaders throughout the organization.

Essential Functions Support assigned functional areas with the monthly forecast, annual plan, and 3 year strategic financial planPrepare monthly financial reports comparing actual results with plan and forecast for assigned functional areasAnalyze results and identify trends in order to provide recommending actions to ManagementPrepare monthly presentations for business leaders and attend monthly business review meetingsProvide financial reporting support to the Business Analysts and Business UsersLead the development and management of dashboards and score cards to support leadership in monitoring performance of critical processes, plans and forecastsPrepare Ad hoc requests to support management queries in a fast-paced environmentResponsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performanceCross train as back-ups for other staff in the case of emergenciesMaintain technical knowledge by attending trainings/workshops Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required5+ years of postgraduate experience in related fieldsStrong business and financial/accounting acumen

Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:?

Knowledge of Cognos TM1 and BI tools a big plusDistribution and/or Manufacturing experience a plusAdvanced level of experience in MS ExcelEffective Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)Ability to succeed in a team environmentAbility to learn quicklyAbility to think analytically and be a problem solverSelf-starter and ability to self-manage work load.
