Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will provide critical financial support to operations, ensuring effective financial planning and decision-making. Reporting to the Director of Global Finance, this position offers opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to global initiatives. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary financial partner Global Operations. • Manage the monthly financial close process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling balance sheets, and conducting variance and trend analyses. • Develop and deliver monthly financial reports for senior management, highlighting key performance drivers and identifying risks and opportunities. • Support the strategic planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with financial targets and visibility into key drivers. • Contribute to ad-hoc financial reporting and cross-functional projects as needed. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability within financial operations. Requirements • Proven experience with budget development, management, and analysis. • Strong expertise in annual operating budget planning and execution. • Demonstrated ability to investigate and analyze financial variances. • Proficiency in managing month-end close processes and activities. • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on identifying trends and providing actionable insights. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools, such as spreadsheets and ERP systems.
