Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our client's team in Memphis, Tennessee. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to balance financial analysis with accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced tools such as Power BI and Tableau to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions. Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement. • Utilize data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau to create insightful reports and dashboards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance and align with organizational goals. • Perform variance analyses to pinpoint trends and deviations in financial data. • Evaluate and enhance inventory controls, forecasting processes, and auditing procedures. • Assist in budgeting and capital management to optimize resource allocation. • Oversee quarterly inventory audits and physical inventory evaluations. • Travel quarterly to designated plant locations to evaluate and support on-site operations. • Support data mining and reporting initiatives to improve decision-making capabilities. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting roles. • Proficiency with Power BI and/or Tableau for data visualization and reporting. • Strong understanding of inventory control processes and forecasting methods. • Experience with variance analysis and financial performance evaluation. • Knowledge of data mining techniques and business systems, including CRM and Confluence. • Familiarity with accounting functions, auditing, and budget management. • Ability to travel quarterly for on-site evaluations and collaboration. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
