Sr. Finance Manager

Job Description:

Operates as Sr. Finance Manager for both operation finance and controllership in the regional of T&O Asia North MFG and reports to Finance Director of Asia North MFG. The position will be partnership with Regional Finance Director and Individual Plant Controller in daily financial reports, analysis, forecast, budget, closing, controllership fields etc. Collaborate Regional Finance Director meeting the requirement of internal SBD leadership and external statutory compliance and controlling, properly protect of the company’s assets through balance sheet integrity and ensuring a strong control environment. 

Responsibilities:

Maintains a strong regional control environment, accurate financial statements and reporting in accordance with US GAAP and company policy. 

Oversee individual plant month-end and quarterly close process completion, results accuracy and delivery on time.Perform regional financial results reporting and analysis. Deviation drill down and potential risks and opportunities identification.Coordinate regional goals and targets cascade down to individual plants with reasonable insight and rationale.Monitor individual plant financial results delivery and assist individual plant controller when need.Being responsible for regional CAPEX projects review, approval, actual project progress, tracking, forecast and budget.Being responsible for regional closing package and reporting, focusing on controllershipSupport regional TB and BS review, accelerate long aged BS items reduction and problem solving, strengthen control and compliance of internal and external requirement.Support regional BSR review and site review. Assist internal and external audit when need.Proactively identifying business or financial risks and implementing countermeasures where appropriateBeing a strong example of integrity and ‘Doing the Right Thing’

Collaborate Regional Finance Director and Ops. Leader driving business performance. Deploy regional performance review and KPI tracking system. Continuously improve regional financial process and business process.

Analyzing and interpreting regional and individual plant performance, evaluating variances and assessing the effects on plant results. Partners with individual plant operation and finance team. Assist regional strategy, long-terms or short-terms goals as well as business case when need. Monitor KPI deployment and progress, deep dive individual plant performance improvement. Lead/Coordinate regional projects from top to down or bottom to up.Assist regional dormant entities’ daily event and facilitate liquidation process with functional supporting team. Leading and / or participating in presentations to plant employees, plant management and to BU and corporate

Providing effective leadership to peers and othersPartners individual processes where applicable, leans in and takes ownership 

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance; CPA or MBA a plusSAP and HFM experience a plus7-10 Years Finance/Controllership experience within large/complex Manufacturing sitesUSGAAP, SOX & Manufacturing Cost experienceFluency in both written and spoken English LanguageAdvanced knowledge of MS Office applications and possess strong background with information technology.
