The Sr. Financial Analyst for Corporate BAP Commercial Finance will play a key role in supporting the Corporate Business Analysis and Planning (BAP) team in the Commercial Finance division. This critical role will help shaping Honeywell commercial priorities and drive improved business results through key digitalization projects, insightful analysis, and strong processes. You will be accountable for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and providing insights and recommendations to facilitate business decision-making. Your expertise in financial thoughtfulness and forecasting will contribute to the overall financial success of the company. You will report directly to our Commercial Finance Director and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. You will work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to facilitate strategic initiatives and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct financial thoughtfulness and modeling to facilitate business decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional partners and Finance teams to gather and analyze financial dataPrepare and provide analysis and information for key presentations and reporting packs such as Commercial Metrics, Board of Directors, and Earnings Release (monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations).Develop and drive continuous improvement in financial models and metric reportingAnalyze financial performance, identify variances, interpret and report Commercial financial results to stakeholders when needed.Assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial plansBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL
