**Job Description Summary** Oversee facilities, supplier relationships, fleet services, leading the maintenance programs and collaborating with teams ensuring regulatory compliance and driving safety as absolute. **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities will include:** + Lead cross functional teams involving engineering consultants, equipment suppliers, contractors to ensure projects are completed in a cost effective, timely and reliable manner. + Apply Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) best practices in assigned projects. + Ensure all procurement activities align with BD policies. + Lead all aspects of maintenance programs for all facilities and utilities-related equipment. + Maintain spending records for assigned projects against approved budgets (Common and Buildings Budget). + Develop and implement programs for conserving electricity, water, gas, etc. + Supervise capacity and determine additional utilities required for new equipment installations, aiming for duty/standby setups where possible. + Prepare detailed project plans and ensure achievements are delivered on time for all facilities-related projects. + Lead site services, reception, facilities, and utilities personnel as the need arises. + Ensure all facilities project work is completed compliantly regarding execution and documentation. + Support facility programs when required. **Qualifications:** + Engineering degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management preferred. + Experience in leading facilities-related projects. + Solid understanding in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) specific to commercial or manufacturing environments. + Experience in maintaining and installing new facilities and utilities equipment, as well as supporting customer service and training centers. + Demonstrate effective communication, presentation and influencing skills, bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
