We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Application Development Manager experienced in extending custom off the shelf (COTS) applications as well as building and supporting custom applications.  This role will report to the Director of Applications Development and Innovation Architecture and will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Lead application development and support efforts for COTS based applications including ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Nintex K2.Lead application development and support efforts in the adoption and deployment of custom low code applications built on the Mendix platform.Lead Program Management activities for Mendix Adoption and Operations.Lead the development of highly scalable, hybrid on-prem and multi-cloud native applications.Drive the creation of solutions and technology roadmaps with a heavy focus on loosely coupled application architectures employing extensive use of API’s, API management, and microservice architectures.Provide leadership and coaching in agile scrum software development methodologies.
