SR. Electrical PM - (Hybrid - MN)

Position Overview: The Senior Electrical Project Manager (SR. Electrical PM) will be a key member of the operations team responsible for managing a variety of electrical projects. In this role, they will be responsible for overseeing the planning, executing, and successful completion of all electrical projects. They will collaborate with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the development, design, and implementation of electrical projects. Perform critical analysis and develop comprehensive project plans while working with other departments to ensure that all aspects are taken into consideration. Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Provide guidance and direction to ensure that all team members are working efficiently and effectively. Negotiate and manage contracts, including legal, financial, and technical aspects. Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to and that all personnel are properly trained in safety procedures. Provide regular progress reports and communicate any changes or issues to all relevant stakeholders. Identify potential risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. Manage the budget and ensure that all allocated funds are utilized effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Significant experience in electrical project management, including fire, HVAC, and other related systems. PMP certification and/or CPE/PE licensing preferred. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. Knowledge of relevant codes and standards.Benefits
