Sr. eCommerce Manager

Take responsibility for Cytiva's eCommerce business strategy and execution.Define Cytiva's eCommerce business model and growth roadmap. Leverage resources for execution to deliver results and achieve eCommerce sales targets.Establish and maintain SOPs and mechanisms for Cytiva's eCommerce operations, including product management, eCommerce platform management, price maintenance and adjustments, marketing promotions via multiple digital channels, and logistics processes. Lead cross-team collaborations and projects to ensure high-quality operations and continuous optimization.Develop a data analysis framework to ensure business data is well-organized, providing insights to guide business efficiency and optimization.Oversee direct web platform management: Understand web functions, including platform infrastructure and capabilities. Optimize and design new web functions based on business requirements. Manage annual contract reviews, new customer profile management, and discount level management from the business side. Handle promotions and product management.Build strong collaborations with different third-party eCommerce platforms to represent Cytiva effectively.Actively design punch-out solutions for key accounts (KA) and ensure smooth implementation on the KA side.Develop a well-organized evaluation scheme for different platforms to optimize resource allocation.Establish an internal knowledge and process center for the eCommerce platform business.Foster strong cross-team collaboration to enhance customer experience in the eCommerce platform business.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Strategic Thinking: Clear understanding of the company’s mission and vision, and how the eCommerce platform can contribute to the long-term growth of Cytiva's business.Innovative Thinking: Lead and apply creative solutions to the platform business.Strong Team and Project Management: Proven capabilities in managing teams and projects, especially with experience in building projects from the ground up.Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving capabilities.Data-Driven: Strong data analysis skills.Passionate and Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and able to work under pressure with high learning agility.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in digital and eCommerce, sales & marketing, or related fields.Experience: At least 8 years of working experience in B2B eCommerce industries. Experience in a Life Science company is strongly preferred.E-commerce Expertise: Solid working experience in eCommerce, data management, and eCommerce platform operation management.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
