Sr. Director, Global Project Management
**Job Title** Sr. Director, Global Project Management **Job Description Summary** As the Sr. Director of Global Project Management, you will collaborate with account and client leadership to ensure all project management deliverables are met, including SLA and KPI requirements. You will guide the strategic planning and execution of real estate objectives concerning the amount and types of office space needed over time, ensuring these goals are achieved in a cost-effective manner. **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** + Direct the development of new project initiatives and ongoing projects within an assigned geographic region or specific account. + Collaborate closely with the National Director or Account Director on staffing, project forecasting, and client relationship management. + Prepare and present detailed project reports, illustrating conclusions and recommendations. + Facilitate meetings with project owners and team members to address and resolve issues during project design and development stages. + Oversee the selection and coordination of interior architects and other professional services, advising the client on final recommendations. + Evaluate project sites and facilities in relation to program requirements and ensure the resolution of related issues through to project completion. + Provide expert advice on both base building and interior project management, ensuring design, budget, and schedule align with client objectives. + Continuously refine Client Solutions Project Management services to meet potential client needs and promote these services within C&W and to prospective clients. + Adhere to corporate policies and procedures, maintain high standards of work performance, and stay updated in the field of specialization. + Report significant issues, findings, and recommendations to supervisors, and secure approval for organizational changes, team commitments, and expenditures beyond the set budget. + Set goals and objectives with clear timelines for supervised organizational units, selecting and delegating to subordinates as approved by senior management. + Train, develop, motivate, and discipline team members as necessary, ensuring performance goals are met, and comply with governmental laws and regulations. + Maintain the portfolio Capital Expenditure (CapEx) plan and assist in developing a forward-looking real estate outlook. + Schedule and manage internal, external, and client resources across the portfolio. **Qualifications** + Extensive experience in project management within a similar role or industry. + Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills. + Global CRE Project Management leadership experience + Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. + Familiarity with real estate, construction, or facilities management industries is preferred. This position reports to the immediate supervisor(s) within the organizational structure and aims to achieve corporate goals related to quality, service, cost, and profit. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
